Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Lead Dining Services Server to provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests during meals. You will perform serving, cleaning, hospitality, and bussing, while also supporting meetings and special events in the dining room and Bistro.

Responsibilities include training new hires, guiding staff, and ensuring adherence to safety, sanitation, and policy standards. A High School diploma and food handler permit are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English).
• Prior leadership or team lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to mentor others and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food and bussing tables.
• Provide training to other team members and onboarding support.
• Prepare salads and desserts, set up for meetings and events.
