Lilly Medicine Foundry in Indiana seeks a Senior Technical Leader to drive digital quality systems, AI-enabled automation, and compliant EMA/GxP processes. You will shape architecture, lead test automation, and collaborate with Global Quality teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will prototype and implement AI/ML use cases for quality workflows, ensuring rigorous documentation and quality standards across the site.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in quality, validation, or technology roles supporting GMP‑regulated systems.
4+ years of experience supporting or leading CSV/CSA activities in GMP-regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

Own the technical roadmap and architecture standards for digital transformation and Quality process automation at Medicine Foundry.
Expand SME knowledge of Digital Forms, Global QMS, and Quality AI/Analytics solutions, partnering with Global and PRD Quality teams.
Lead test automation strategy and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging JIRA, ALM, GitHub.
Drive digital innovation in Quality space through Global and Local Quality AI and automation efforts.
Communicate strategy and roadmaps to technical and business stakeholders.
