Qualifications

• College degree with at least 2 years of experience in a Pre-Press environment.
• Expert level proficiency in QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Proficient knowledge of Prepress Imposition Software and Digital Workflow System.

Responsibilities

• Accurate delivery of all electronic materials for Prepress and printing.
• Work in a fast paced, evolving digital prepress environment with other departments to publish paper.
• Perform color separation, image manipulation, color proof and page assembly in a high-volume production environment.
• Meet established lead times while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure proper format, appearance and layout of text and images before full print run.
• Communicate effectively for customer orders, troubleshoot prepress issues and address client concerns.
• Collaborate across pre-press, press and post-press personnel.
• Prepare sample layouts using Adobe suite and Microsoft Office applications.
