Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Owner for the Digital Operations Product Team in the NG&NGLs Services Operations Excellence and Insights family. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products to improve operational visibility, reliability, and decision-making across the organization.

You will partner with Operations, Reliability, Data Analytics, Engineering, and other Digital teams to transform data into actionable insights and predictive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Product Owner certification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with industrial data platforms, operational intelligence tools, asset performance management or predictive maintenance.
• Experience translating business and field-user needs into epics, user stories and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer and internal facing products with superior user experience across multiple verticals.
• Ensures alignment between teams to build and prioritize product roadmaps and plan releases.
• Collaborates with Agile teams and stakeholders to address issues during product development.
• Works with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies and plan releases.
• Identifies product-related issues and performs trade-off analyses to stay on track.
