AGS Wealth Management Group of Raymond James is looking for a Digital Marketing Professional to lead and execute our digital initiatives. The role focuses on elevating our online presence, driving client engagement, and supporting advisor growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

The role requires hands-on experience with social platforms, SEO, email campaigns, and advertising across Google and LinkedIn. The first 3 months are in-office to ensure alignment with the team and brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Manage and optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Lead content strategy across email campaigns, social media, and thought leadership platforms.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with advisors to support personal branding and client acquisition efforts.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with Raymond James and FINRA/SEC regulations.
• Manage external vendors, designers, and marketing tools as needed.
