Job summary

4Over, LLC in Dayton, OH seeks a Lead, Digital Imaging on 1st shift. You will drive production scheduling for Digital and G4M press operations, lead maintenance programs, monitor key KPIs, and act as the technical expert for HP/Rollem/Canon equipment to ensure top quality output.

You will mentor operators, develop SOPs, and support cross-functional teams to improve OEE and efficiency while maintaining a safe, organized, climate-controlled plant environment. Schedule typically 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital imaging/press operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute daily production scheduling for Digital & G4M press operations, adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with management, production coordination, press and finishing teams to optimize workflow.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs for equipment, maximizing uptime.
• Monitor KPIs such as press speeds, waste, make-ready times, and color accuracy to drive efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction and increased production efficiency.
• Standardize best practices for equipment setup, operation, and color management.
