Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks an experienced Digital Electronics Design Engineer to support production of advanced digital payload systems. This role requires leadership in RCCA activities and the ability to drive hardware nonconformances through collaboration with test and manufacturing teams.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering and 3+ years in electrical engineering, including experience with flight hardware production, test and delivery. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• 1+ years of experience with flight hardware production, test and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support production of complex digital payload systems as a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA).
• Perform data reviews at key junctures in assembly and test flow.
• Identify and drive hardware nonconformances to closure by coordinating with test and manufacturing teams.
• Lead RCCA efforts for payload hardware investigations by identifying and reviewing supplemental test plans.
• Contribute to program MRB/FRB with analysis, data, corrective actions and containment solutions.
