Earnix is seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Designer to lead the design across the organization, focusing on digital presence and brand consistency. You will shape the Earnix visual identity across website, landing pages, ads, emails, and motion content, collaborating with marketing, product, events, and executives globally.

You will translate business goals into engaging visuals, evolve the design system, and stay ahead of trends, including AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in digital design, web design, visual design, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio across digital, web, social, and motion design.
• Experience in brand, events, and experiential design is a plus.
• Exceptional visual design skills in typography, layout, color, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience designing websites, landing pages, and UI components.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite plus motion/video tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
