Job summary

Feels Like is a digital design and innovation studio with teams in Los Angeles and Barcelona, working globally. We seek a Lead Digital Designer who can navigate product interface, visual craft, and creative systems, leading projects and mentoring teams. A strong technology affinity is highly valued.

You’ll collaborate with Creative and Design Directors from inception to production, shaping concepts and interaction timings while actively engaging clients in the process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in digital media.
• Rock-solid foundation in visual and interaction design.
• Actively engaged with AI as a part of the design process.
• Extensive experience with current interface design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident presenting and discussing work with client partners.
• A track record of building successful digital systems, products, or interactive experiences.
• Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to build positive and productive relationships.

Responsibilities

About us

Feels Like is a brand-new, 25-year-old digital design and innovation studio born out of B-Reel. We work with established and startup organizations to push the boundaries of what interfaces can be, how they work, and (more importantly) how they make you feel. From Google, to LVMH, Airbnb, and Moncler, our work blends product thinking with creative experimentation. Feels Like has teams in Los Angeles and Barcelona, working as a global, cross-cultural studio.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Lead Digital Designer. The profile we’re seeking is a builder at heart and moves comfortably between product interface, visual craft, and creative systems. For this role, a special interest in technology is preferred.

As Lead Digital Designer, you’ll contribute to projects directly, manage teams, and run projects. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative and Design Directors, work from inception to production, and shape everything from concepts to interaction timings. At Feels Like, designers lead by doing. We explore a lot, prototype, and engage our clients in the process.

What we expect

6+ years experience working with digital media

Rock-solid foundation in visual and interaction design

Actively engaged with AI as a part of the design process
