Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in heavy duty truck industry, including repair orders and maintenance.
• Experience in customer service and effective communication.
• Ability to work a 8 - 10 hour shift, lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service phone calls are handled professionally.
• Coordinates service shop work flow and supervises technicians.
• Informs service personnel of delays and necessary repair extensions.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to supervise employees

Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Familiarity with DOS and Windows programs

Ability to work under pressure

Education

Formal technical school graduate certificate/degree
