Performance Wise Diesel is seeking a Lead / A-Level / Master Diesel Technician specializing in Ford Power Stroke, Dodge Cummins, and Duramax platforms. This role focuses on advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and high-level troubleshooting in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

Based in Wheat Ridge, CO, the position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend shifts and a compensation package of $90,000–$140,000+ per year plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diesel experience in a shop setting.
• Proficient in advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting.
• Experience with major engine and system repairs.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and drivability issues.
• Perform maintenance and major repairs on Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax.
• Use scan tools and diagnostic software for trouble codes.
• Conduct road tests before and after repairs.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

About the Role

Performance Wise is seeking an Lead / A-Level / Master Diesel Technician specializing in Ford Power Stroke, Dodge Cummins, and Duramax platforms. This role focuses on advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and high-level troubleshooting in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, and drivability issues
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax trucks
• Use scan tools and diagnostic software (OEM, Identifix, Mitchell)
• Conduct road tests before and after repairs
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
