Job summary

KAG is seeking a Lead Technician to safely perform general property and vehicle maintenance and repair tasks within a fast-paced shop environment in Rocky Hill, CT. You’ll lead hands-on work, ensure quality, and support training programs for new hires.

Required credentials include valid driver's license, air brake certification or ability to obtain, EPA 609, and CV inspector experience. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Air Brake Certification (FMSCR 396.25) or 1+ year verifiable experience and ability to obtain.
• Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Repair (EPA 609) or ability to obtain.
• Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector: 3 years experience or 1 year experience and ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations.
• Lead and contribute to a fast-paced repair environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete training programs and apply prior experience to enhance service and efficiency.
