Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group is seeking a Lead Technician to perform general property and vehicle maintenance and repair in a fast-paced shop environment. The role offers an hourly rate of $37.00–$41.00 with guaranteed increases after training and upon prior experience.

Requirements include a valid driver's license and air brake/EPA 609 certifications or the ability to obtain them. Experience with Class 5-8 vehicles and tank trailer inspections is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance/repair.
• Preventative maintenance and repair of Class 5-8 commercial vehicles and tank trailer inspection.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property and vehicle maintenance and repair duties in and around the shop operations.
• Ensure safety and accuracy in all repair tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Support training programs and mentorship for junior technicians.
