ADB is seeking a Lead Technician, Fleet to perform advanced level maintenance and repairs on various sized vehicles and construction equipment. The Lead Technician has the technical knowledge and experience to perform complex diagnostics and repairs on vehicles and heavy equipment, while also possessing soft skills to drive standards and leadership of others within the fleet team. The ideal candidate will be customer and quality centric, have complete buy-in to safety, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

The starting pay for this position is $32 per hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
