Qualifications

• 5-7 years diesel engine experience.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Experience with heavy-duty units and associated tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and supervise maintenance work.
• Ensure fleet DOT compliance and maintain service/parts records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics, including offsite calls.
• Complete daily checklists and document PM schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs.
