Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic Technician to maintain our nationwide fleet of delivery vehicles. You will lead the maintenance team, perform complex repairs, and optimize reliability to ensure timely deliveries.

You will oversee junior technicians, develop maintenance schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards across all fleet services. This role requires strong leadership, diagnostic skills, and a proactive approach to vehicle availability.

Qualifications
