Performance Foodservice seeks an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic Technician to oversee the maintenance of our nationwide delivery fleet. You will lead complex repairs, manage schedules, and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high vehicle reliability.

The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of logistics operations within a large food distribution network.

Qualificações

• Five plus years of diesel fleet maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising junior mechanics and coordinating repairs.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues on heavy vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance of delivery fleet and coordinate repairs.
• Lead junior mechanics and mentor maintenance staff.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
