Work schedule: Mon – Friday with some weekends; flexibility to work 1st & 2nd shifts periodically. Location: Fond du Lac, WI repair/maintenance shop.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
• Estimate costs for repairs and parts
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to emergency breakdowns
• Conduct safety checks and complete documentation
• Assist senior mechanics and review repair reports
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Minimum qualifications:

• 4 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Over 18 years old
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical tasks with or without accommodations
• Pass pre-employment drug and physical tests
