PAM Health is hiring a Lead Dialysis Registered Nurse to oversee dialysis treatments and patient care on the unit. You will work under the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing and supervise Dialysis Nurses, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying to.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS is required from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Lead dialysis treatments for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
• Oversee nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and supervise other dialysis staff.
