Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days
• ACLS is required from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, ICU
• NNCC certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise dialysis patient care, coordinating with the care team and patients
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination of community resources
