Job summary

Providence Mount Carmel Hospital is seeking a DI Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the radiography staff. You will supervise and coordinate tasks, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to departmental policies.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, interdepartmental communication with radiologists and physicians, and contributing to budget planning and policy enhancements. A strong leadership background in Diagnostic Imaging is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-year accredited Radiologic Technology program with 2 years of sub-specialty training.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• ARRT or Sonography or Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 2 years of Diagnostic Imaging Technologist experience.
• 2 years of lead worker/leadership experience in DI.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day work of the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) staff.
• Facilitates communication with radiologists, physicians, DI director and managers, patients and families.
• Contributes to department goals, budget planning, and policy/procedure development.
• Provides input to manager regarding policy modification and implementation.
• Supervises and evaluates DI personnel and activities.
