Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to oversee CI/CD pipelines, hosting coordination, security integration, patching, monitoring, and incident response across multiple environments.

The role requires leading DevSecOps teams, coordinating with hosting and development groups, and ensuring secure delivery in enterprise settings. Qualified candidates have 8+ years in cloud/platform engineering and appropriate security credentials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in cloud/platform engineering with DevSecOps leadership for enterprise applications.
• Cloud, DevOps, or Kubernetes credential; AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CK A; CompTIA Security+; CISSP/CASP+ preferred.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated security scanning, environment promotion controls, containerization, patching, and operational sustainment in secure enterprise environments.

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.

DevSecOps Lead Summary: Lead DevSecOps operations, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, hosting coordination, security integration, patching, monitoring, and incident response across multiple environments.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in cloud/platform engineering, including at least 3 years leading DevSecOps or infrastructure automation for enterprise applications.
• Cloud, DevOps, or Kubernetes credential; such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator required; CompTIA Security+ required; CISSP/CASP+ should be preferred
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated security scanning, environment promotion controls, containerization, patching, and operational sustainment in secure enterprise environments
• Experience managing DevSecOps teams in enterprise environments
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline administration, release coordination, and environment alignment
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, vulnerability management, system monitoring, and operational incident response
• Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Ability to coordinate across hosting and development teams
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance based on Government requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, IL5/IL6 environments, Appian deployment processes, and RMF-aligned delivery in federal systems is highly desired

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$135,000 - $155,000 USD
