Job summary

Analytica seeks a hands-on Systems Architect – DevSecOps to lead secure, scalable data platforms using Databricks and AWS. You will bridge Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Development to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in DevSecOps and cloud modernization, with strong leadership, governance, and automation experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, or enterprise infra.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in data platforms.
• Demonstrated work in regulated or federal environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and governance.
• Experience with IaC, automation, and platform standardization.
• Familiar with Agile delivery and product‑oriented platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead DevSecOps Architect for enterprise data platforms and cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance across lifecycles.
• Design secure, scalable, automated architectures for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Establish DevSecOps standards, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor teams on DevSecOps, automation, and platform engineering.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for apps, infra, and data.
• Integrate security controls, automated testing, and IaC throughout development.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and performance improvements.
