10+ years in data engineering and analytics.
5+ years hands-on Databricks architecture and implementation.
Experience leading enterprise data platform initiatives.
Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Databricks architecture lead for client initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Define reference architectures and delivery patterns.
Guide multi-environment deployment and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers and ensure code quality and security.
Drive performance, scalability, and governance across platforms.
