Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• 7+ years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Scripting: Bash or Python; Configuration: Ansible/Puppet/Salt; Containerization: Docker or Kubernetes; Monitoring: Nagios/Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
