Job summary

ASM Research seeks a senior Cloud/DevOps engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines for multiple application systems. You will enable full automation of CD and testing across Linux environments, and guide infrastructure as code initiatives.

You will onboard and train developers on CI/CD processes, support cloud strategy development, and lead migration and deployment planning across cloud environments with a focus on security and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Professional level cloud certification/s in AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud.
• Architect level certification a plus.
• 12+ years of IT experience with a mix of: 5+ years cloud engineering; 5+ years debugging Windows or Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and test components of automated deployment pipelines across multiple application systems.
• Create and maintain fully automated CD processes for multiple Linux environments and scripts.
• Support integration, operation, change management, and maintenance of CD tools; enable full automation of CD and testing.
• Onboard, train, and support developers on source control, build automation, CI, test automation, deployment processes.
• Promote DevOps by moving code through Dev/Test, Staging, and Production environments; troubleshoot CI/CD issues.
• Lead migration planning and cloud deployments; develop cloud service strategies and governance.
