Job summary

VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive software engineering and architecture initiatives across the enterprise. The role focuses on DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Azure Cloud design to enable scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery.

The candidate will optimize developer tooling with GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins, while advancing DevEx through reusable patterns and accelerators. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in software engineering and system architecture.
Proficiency in DevOps and platform engineering practices.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and platform design.
Expertise with GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab and Jenkins.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering and architecture initiatives.
Drive DevOps, DevSecOps, and Platform Engineering strategies.
Design and implement Azure Cloud and Platform Architecture.
Optimize developer tooling using GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins.
Enhance Developer Experience (DevEx) through reusable patterns and accelerators.
Establish architecture governance and standards.
Provide documentation and enablement for engineering teams.
Collaborate across functional teams to align technical goals.
