Job summary

State of Nebraska Health & Human Services - Agency 25 in Beatrice, NE, seeks a Developmental Technician Shift Supervisor to provide direct supervision and mentorship to Developmental Technician I and II on assigned shifts.

Under general supervision, you will model professional interactions, coordinate resources, deliver direct care and active treatment, monitor safety and implement IPPs, and lead staffing and scheduling while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with one year of direct support or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading, monitoring, or supervising a team is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Developmental Technician I and II on assigned shifts and act as role model.
• Notify appropriate personnel of resource or safety issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide direct care services and related activities per IPPs, including active treatment and hygiene.
• Lead staffing and scheduling, participate in hiring and performance feedback.
• Transport individuals to community activities and appointments.
