Lakehaven Water and Sewer District in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Development Engineering Supervisor. The role leads the Development Engineering section, coordinating with departments and consulting engineers to review plans and ensure compliance. Qualifications

• Two (2) years of college-level coursework or an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering/Physical Science/Math or allied field, or completion of a technical program.
• Five (5) years progressively responsible experience with a water or wastewater utility, including three (3) years supervising technical staff.
• Education and/or experience in civil drafting, land/GPS surveying, public works infrastructure construction, design review, and project management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administers and directs the technical staff within the Development Engineering section of the Engineering Department.
• Provides management with performance information for technical and support services.
• Supervises, directs, assigns, coordinates, and reviews the work of technical and support services personnel.
