Job summary

Qualifications
- Entry-level requirements include high school diploma and an Associate Degree or two years of college coursework in civil engineering/physical science/math.
- Five years of progressively responsible utility experience with three years supervising staff is described as desirable.
- Experience in civil drafting, surveying, plan review, and project management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administers and directs the technical staff within the Development Engineering section.
- Provides management with performance-related information for staff and operations.
- Oversees plan reviews and coordinates with other departments; assists in managing consulting contracts.
