Job summary

You will shape technical designs, foster collaboration with business and technology users, and push for continuous improvement across data security, governance, and performance.

You will mentor peers, participate in agile ceremonies, and help advance AI-driven capabilities, including LLMs, embeddings, and prompt tooling.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years professional experience in a technology or business field.
• Professional certifications a plus (e.g., ITIL, CSM, AWS).
• Proven experience analyzing code for non-standard practices, errors, and security vulnerabilities and presenting remediation plans.
• Experience driving maintenance, technical designs, and development of front-end and/or back-end systems.
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance of systems and development/deployment of front-end and/or back-end solutions.
• Lead daily operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
• Identify and implement automation to support ITIL-aligned processes.
• Engage business users to define data needs and KPIs, enabling service levels.
• Develop data architecture improvements and new data management processes.
• Promote data availability, quality and performance through policies and standards.
