• Ability to approach development with a test-driven mindset utilizing well-structured unit tests.
• Experience managing and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives related to the platforms supported by the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the maintenance of systems, create technical designs, develop and deploy front-end and/or back-end systems, and integrate the data warehouse with enterprise applications.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and continuous improvement ideas supporting ITIL-aligned processes.
• Engage business users, architecture, and application teams to define data needs and KPIs to achieve objectives.
• Lead creation of policies, standards, guidelines to mitigate risk and optimize performance.
