Job summary

Standard Iron is seeking an experienced Detailing Supervisor to manage Division 05 architectural metals detailing, including stairs, railings, and related components. You will review models, coordinate with project teams, and provide design guidance to junior detailers in Tekla Structures.

The role requires 5+ years in Division 05 detailing, strong Tekla proficiency, and supervisory experience, with collaboration across architects, engineers, and fabricators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years detailing Division 05 architectural metals packages.
• Tekla Structures proficiency required with supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers and fabricators.

Responsibilities

• Detail Division 05 scope in Tekla Structures as schedule allows.
• Produce submittal packages: erection plans, shop drawings, material lists and NC data.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure CNC/DSTV data accuracy.
• Interface with field personnel and clients to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with fabrication and Project Management on shop feedback and sequencing.
• Participate in project turnover meetings and training of staff.
