Job summary

Johnny Detail in Northwest Houston is seeking a Lead Detailer to lead daily detailing execution, perform quality checks, and provide hands-on coaching at service locations. This is a W-2, full-time role with on-site work in Northwest Houston.

The Lead Detailer will inspect vehicles, select safe products and tools, complete wash-to-service quality work, and communicate any exceptions during the final quality check. Emphasis on safety, finish quality, and leadership in the detailing team.
