  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Optimize e-commerce and subscription funnels (landing pages, product pages, checkout, upsells) to drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Establish and implement KPIs related to user experience, such as log-ins, page views, retention rate, bounce rate, task success rate, and user error rate, to measure the effectiveness of design efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with product management to define product requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and effective implementation of design specifications.
  • Work hand-in-hand with analytics and growth teams to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Align product UI/UX with our established brand identity, marketing and creative design systems in partnership with the Creative Director.
  • Manage external design resources, including agencies, contractors, and vendors, to strategically expand output capacity as needed.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UX design to continuously elevate our design capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces for both e-commerce and web/mobile applications.

  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user onboarding strategies, and customer retention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap) and A/B testing tools.
  • Mastery of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, coupled with superb typographic, design, and production skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, with 5-7+ years of progressive experience in product, UI, and UX design, with a strong preference for backgrounds in e-commerce (especially Shopify) and/or SaaS subscription models.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
