Universal Audio is seeking a Lead Designer for Digital UI/UX to enhance user experience across our e-commerce and subscription products. In this role, you will establish design excellence and drive projects to optimize user flows, enhancing conversion rates and customer journeys in a dynamic team environment. You will work collaboratively with product, marketing, and engineering teams while managing design resources to elevate our offerings. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in e-commerce UI/UX design and possess a strong foundation in user-centered design principles.

As the Lead Designer – Digital UI/UX at Universal Audio, you will lead our user-centered design efforts across e-commerce and subscription-based products. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high standard of design excellence, championing our design system, and driving design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize user flows, enhance conversion funnels, and shape the end-to-end customer journey.

UA Salary Range/Hourly Rate of Pay: California Salary Range = $140,000 - $160,000
Base salary/hourly rate of pay will be based on the cost of labor for the city/state in which the new hire resides, at the time of hire.
