Job description

Requirements

1. Participate in team meetings focused on marketing + branding strategy;
2. Work 1:1 with founder, social, partnerships, and managers to navigate the business’s design needs;
3. Translate needs into high-quality design assets;
4. Produce an array of assets on an ongoing basis;
5. Ensure assets are sent in a timely manner.

Please come prepared with:

1. 2-5 years of experience;
2. 5-10 hours a week of availability;
3. 2-3 references who can speak to results, expertise, and engagement;
4. A design point of view;
5. The ability to turnaround materials within 24 hours on a consistent basis;
6. An interest in better relating, spirituality, or intentional dating.

About Us

Background

‘The Feels’ is an in-real-life singles event creating a safe, immersive environment for deep connection. We currently host events in NYC, LA, SF, and PHL, with Chicago and Toronto upcoming.

We aim to grow the number of events and reach in the coming months and seek a freelance designer to work closely with our team. The designer will help guide all design aspects—from moodboards to promo graphics, merch guides, paid assets, and organic social content.

We want to collaborate with someone who has a clear design perspective and can help expand and innovate the ‘Feels’ brand.
