Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience in product or tooling in the plastics industry.
• Experience with project management and supervisory leadership.
• Proficient in the use of Computer Aided Design systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the design department.
• Create and manage metrics to track department performance.
• Lead external tool procurement efforts.
