Job summary

Roche is seeking a Sub-Chapter Lead DCE US to guide a US team across multiple sites, providing expert support for core development processes in diagnostics product development. You will collaborate with R&D networks and Quality/Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, efficient execution and continued process improvement.

The role emphasizes strong line management, strategic thinking, and driving organizational change to support Roche Diagnostics’ global objectives.

Qualifications

Experience leading project teams in diagnostics product development.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and related processes.
Proven ability to manage R&D activities within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter and ensure delivery of process support activities.
Organize work packages within timelines, budgets, and resources.
Manage relationships with R&D Networks, and with Quality and Regulatory functions.
Drive efficiency, identify and raise project issues and risks timely.
Design and optimize team development, coach direct reports and hire staff.
Lead process enhancements and diagnostics-wide streamlining of outputs.
Contribute to organizational change management and strategic direction.
