Job summary

Prevail Bank seeks a Senior Deposit Operations Systems Specialist to serve as the department’s senior technical resource, supporting the administration, operation, and advancement of deposit and payment systems. This role partners with the Deposit Operations Manager to drive technical excellence and regulatory compliance across essential platforms.

The position owns complex system analysis, problem resolution, and implementation readiness, while guiding cross-functional projects and vendor

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in business/finance/IS.
Minimum 5 years in progressive banking operations with deposit ops systems.
Expertise in core banking systems, deposit platforms, and payment channels.
Ability to translate requirements into system, testing and process solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Bank’s senior technical SME for deposit ops systems and payment platforms.
Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex operational and payment issues.
Provide guidance and training on deposit operations products and systems.
Develop procedures, docs, process maps, and training materials.
Lead system administration, testing, and implementation of core deposit processing systems.
