Affordable Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Lead Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish, while supporting the Senior Lab Technician in a fast-paced, collaborative lab environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of dental lab experience, strong denture fabrication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a leading dental services organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of dental laboratory experience trimming and pouring denture models and performing waxing and processing duties.
• Fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with denture setup, waxing, processing, finishing, repairs, and relines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Set denture teeth and complete detailed denture wax-ups.
• Bend wire for removable dental prosthetics.
• Process, finish, and polish dentures according to lab standards.
• Perform denture relines and repairs.
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
• Inspect completed prosthetics for quality and finish.
• Follow OSHA protocols and safety procedures.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the lab.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
