Job summary

You will ensure compliance with the Incarcerated Dental Services Program policies, provide leadership, perform chart reviews, and train clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Supervises dentists and the Supervising Dental Assistant, CF within an institution.
• Ensures clinical staff comply with IDSP Policies and Procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Provides leadership, chart reviews, training, and clinical instruction within the dental clinic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff to ensure quality patient care within the facility.
• Support administrative leadership and enforce program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Regional Dental Director on clinical operations and staff development.
