Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Leadership experience guiding dental teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team and exercise clinical judgment.
• Maintain high quality of care adhering to dental ethics standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions.
• Discuss treatment planning options with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with efficiency.
• Monitor budget and work with Operations to meet financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach dentists and team members.
• Stay updated on new developments in dentistry via continuing education.
• Network with professional groups to represent Aspen Dental practices.
