Responsibilities include directing clinical operations, mentoring dentists, and maintaining high standards of care while coordinating with the Operations team on financial objectives.

Formación

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions.
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients.
• Maintaining awareness of the budget and working with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and teams of dental professionals.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education.
• Networking with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.
