Clove Dental is seeking a Sterilization Technician III to ensure the highest standards of instrument sterilization and infection control. The role supports dental procedures, maintains logs, and oversees daily workflows in the sterilization area.

The position requires attention to OSHA protocols, HIPAA compliance, and coordination with clinical staff to prepare rooms and equipment between patients.

Qualifications

• Clean, disinfect, package, sterilize, and properly store dental instruments according to infection-control protocols.
• Maintain sterilization areas, equipment, logs, and required testing in accordance with OSHA and infection-control standards.
• Support X-ray setup and other permitted clinical-support duties when trained and legally permitted.
• Lead the daily sterilization workflow and ensure instruments are properly processed, sterilized, stored, and available when needed without disrupting patient care.
• In charge of scanning and sending lab cases.

Responsibilities

• Stock operatories, sterilization areas, and clinical supplies and notify the appropriate team member when inventory is running low.
• Lead the daily sterilization workflow and ensure instruments are properly processed, sterilized, stored, and available when needed without disrupting patient care.
• In charge of scanning and sending lab cases.
