Qualifications

• Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to hygienists and hygiene assistants.
• Collaborate with dental assistants to optimize studio-wide hygiene flow.
• Partner with dentists on exams and treatment planning.
• Proactively drive hygiene production across the team.
