Job summary

ProSmile is hiring a Lead Dental Assistant with X-ray to support clinical teams and ensure smooth daily operations at our thriving dental practices. You will assist doctors, manage patient flow, and oversee dental assistants while maintaining compliance with ProSmile policies.

You will supervise training, delegate tasks, and ensure proper sterilization, equipment maintenance, and inventory control to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• One or more years of Dental Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient office flow and coordinate with Office Manager and Dental Director.
• Schedule chairside assistants with support from the Office Manager.
• Provide monthly OSHA reports to Office Manager and Dental Director.
• Maintain inventory and order clinical and lab supplies; ensure proper lab logbook.
