Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile and supporting dentists with procedures.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure, keeping a clean workspace.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions throughout visits.
• Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments and maintaining safety standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for appliance fabrication.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for accurate diagnostics.
• Assist with charting and documentation to support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
