Job description

About us
At our company we believe that people deserve more. People deserve to have better quality treatment, better access to care, and to be better recognized as the unique individual they are. We strive every day to reach these goals because the dentist plays an increasingly important role in our community's lives. Our leader has been practicing for over 20+ years and as of 2025 our office is going through an exciting new change of rebranding, remodeling, and shifting our focus from being a single-practitioner general dental office, to a multi-specialty aesthetic dental boutique. We are a fee-for-service private office (no HMOs/PPOs/Medicaid/or Medicare) focused solely on providing our patients with dedicated premium comprehensive care and attention to deliver not just the best clinical work around, but the best patient experiences imaginable. We are investing heavily in our office to serve a more upscale clientele that value quality care and VIP treatment. We are not a volume-based dental office, and we prefer to build lasting relationships with our patients and take our time when providing a very high-level personalized type of dental care.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate possesses a strong dedication to creating a great patient experience and is a team player between assisting the doctor and coordinating with administrative staff. This position requires a detail-oriented eye, strong organizational skills, exceptional ability with typing the doctor's clinical notes during appointments, great communication & clinical skills, and a very friendly and cheerful attitude when seeing patients.
