Job summary

Dynamic Dental Group is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant for a fast-paced, team-focused office in Illinois. The role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with a $5,000 retention bonus for both Dental Assistant and Lead openings.

The position includes PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and a supportive team culture designed for positive days and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dental assisting experience required.
• Confident chairside skills and patient interaction.
• Organized and personable team member.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during procedures.
• Prepare operatory and sterilize instruments between patients.
• Maintain patient comfort and accurate recordkeeping.
