About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with over five years of chairside clinical experience to join our highly advanced digital practice in Palm Beach. The role requires a commitment to teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a passion for high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will support the dental team in delivering family, cosmetic, and implant services and maintaining our advanced digital dentistry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate and speak to patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Order and maintain supplies and office stock.
• Provide dental assistance school employees as required.
• Communicate dental concerns to patients.
• Support the smooth execution of basic day‑to‑day procedures.
• Follow proper sterilization techniques and regulations.
• Manage patient comfort and prepare patients for treatments or checkups.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures.
• Assist the dentist in four‑handed dentistry.
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed and maintain a clean, well‑stocked dental room.
• Demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain high attention to detail and organizational reliability.

Qualifications

• Dental assistant school is required.
• Proven experience as a dental assistant.
• Outgoing and cheerful personality.
• Ability to pack the dental cord and make temporary impressions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Well‑organized and reliable.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed.
• CAD / CAM experience and digital dentistry proficiency preferred.
• Experience with Dentrix/Dexis a plus.
